Crossman was founded in with an eye toward producing a line of air guns for target shooting and taking small game. As the company began to grow, associations with other companies -- such as Coleman -- began to emerge.

Move the safety of the Crossman Pumpmaster to the "safe" position. Slide the safety bolt located under the receiver from the left to the right position. Lay the down with its left side facing up. Do not fire the rifle with less than two pumps; this might damage to the rifle. Raise the rifle to your shoulder, release the safety and align the front and rear sights of the with the target. Squeeze the trigger to fire a pellet or BB.
