He was very good friends with Roland. Both of them became involved in spirit worshiping. Roger was so close to joining the secret society, and his friend really wanted him to.
But God had different plans for Roger. Even though Roger thought that demon worshiping is the way to go, he eventually found out through a coworker the truth about Jesus Christ our Savior. This book tells the story of how Roger walked out of the secret society with Roger Morneau just got out of the Canadian Merchant Navy.
This book tells the story of how Roger walked out of the secret society with his life. Even though it was hard at times, God carried him through victorously. This is a very good book about the power and awesomeness of our God. Leading someone out of the supernatural, who could have been killed by the spirits. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read aobut the power of Gods love and word.
Or to someone who is struggling with the supernatural. View 1 comment. Jun 01, Lehel Nagy-bata rated it it was amazing. An excellent testimony that surely opens your eyes and shows you how hard the demons are working to capture every undecided soul. It also testifies that there are no coincidences in this world.
A must read for everyone who thinks that the Bible is only a "fairy tale"! Jul 10, Kayce rated it it was amazing. Recommended to me by Heather this book was very thought provoking. It had me thinking of things I hadn't thought of for a while, namely the biblical Sabbath being Saturday.
As I got older, I started going to a Sunday church and because I liked it so much I didn't pay much attention to "observing a Sabbath day". But it's interesting how the world has change Recommended to me by Heather this book was very thought provoking.
But it's interesting how the world has changed the biblical Sabbath to Sunday, having started the change in the Roman Catholic church. But God gave us a day of rest because He knew we'd need a day to be OUT of the world and things of the world and our focus on Him. LOVED it! Aug 17, Rebekah rated it it was amazing. An excellent personal testimony for opening your eyes to the workings of the dark side without glorifying them, but while glorifying our "Creator-God" and demonstrating that He is bigger, more powerful, loving, and still in control.
Nov 21, Ree rated it it was amazing. An eye-opener. Makes you re-think things that you often take for granted. Definitely a must-read!! May 11, Ameliee rated it liked it.
The story is very short jet so literal. It's a confession of a Ex-Satanist Roger Morneau , a former member of Church of Satan , after a strong member of the Seventh-day Adventists Church , who through this short confession describes i'ts way into the world of supernatural, since it's entry into the worship of demons ,to severe exiting.
Questioning the existence of God and introducing Satan himself, his faith is firm and undeniable. Fantastic confession, with terrifying segments. Do not recommend it The story is very short jet so literal. Do not recommend it to timid and easily frightened people , but I recommend to those who seek and question their faith! There is a documentary on this same book ,you can check it out , Mr. Roger M. Jun 21, Kay rated it it was amazing.
This book is not for the faint of heart, rather, God won't let you finish this book if he knows your faith is weak. This book is a powerful testimony of someone journey into devil worshiping. It is a true eye opener into the world that we live in today. Sep 17, Karen rated it really liked it Shelves: owned. Eye opening and a bit crazy!
May 26, Jennifer Woodford rated it liked it Shelves: owned. Very interesting and scary. Love some of the scripture and explanations even if I didn't agree with it all. Feb 27, Meikstr rated it really liked it. Bone chilling confession if a man who delves into the supernatural and comes out better on the other side.
Loved this book! Jan 07, Melanie Ruiz rated it it was amazing. Roger's journey from getting out of the world's hands and into the Father's has been inspiring and encouraging. I could, as I'm sure many can, relate to the distance and sometimes even hatred that Roger felt toward God, because he didn't truly know His character.
This book is a real documentation, of a real person, that expresses the many ways our Father is truly there for all of us against anything and that we will find Him when we seek Him with all of our heart. It will stand as one of the man Roger's journey from getting out of the world's hands and into the Father's has been inspiring and encouraging.
It will stand as one of the many books that shaped a very important part of me; my faith and everlasting trust in Jesus. Jun 14, Kaiti Laughlin rated it it was amazing Shelves: own. Thought-provoking book about the dangers of delving into spiritualism. May 25, Ade Noel rated it it was amazing. One of the best books I read ever! Nov 12, Lee See rated it it was amazing. Wow, this book had me to the point where I didn't want to put it.
When I work got in the way and I took it into December, sigh however, I completed it. Roger reminded me of my current situation spiritually. It also made me question my internal and external habits and to whom do I given my allegiance. It makes one realize how little they know of the Spiritual warfare over our souls.
