Sold and Shipped by Newegg. Cons: Requires their setup tool to configure it, unfortunately that tool often times cannot "see" the extender. There is no manual configuration that I've found so you are forced to rely on the useless installation tool.

This thing worked for about 3 weeks then just stopped connecting. Pros: It does what it is supposed to. It doesn't take long to set up.

They can be chained. It recovers nicely if restarted or others in the chain go down. The antennas are easy to remove and change. Cons: The menus for setup are a bit sloppy. You have to first select the signal to boost, then separately set up the security. It doesn't prompt the user like it should. Pros: It does what it says Cons: I will have to unplug it and power it down occasionally no more than once or twice a month when it shows that I'm connected to the range extender but not connected to the internet.

Not sure if it's losing the original signal and not picking it back up on it's own or what the deal is. It's not a deal breaker and everyone in the house knows to just unplug and replug when the "internet goes down" on that side of the house.

Pros: Easy to set up in mere seconds! My wireless router out in the garage could only cover the 1st floor and not much of the 2nd floor or basement. I put this in the middle of the 1st floor and now the entire home has full signal strength on every wireless device that is used. No instability at all. Works perfectly!. Pros: Super simple set up. Took longer to open the shipment box than it did to set it up!

Increased signal strength from bars to in our bedroom. Pros: Works very well. VERY Simple install - no problems. Still working! Range is decently large. Larger than expected. I would buy this again. Overall Review: Experience with this has been great. This has got to be the best I've dealt with yet. All I had to do when setting it up was plug it into my computer, pick the network name, and enter the key.

Started working immediately. I can unplug it and move it where it's needed too, without resetting the settings. All of my wireless devices recognize it as if it were my router because it's working the way it should!

Sometimes, both the router's wireless and the repeater's wireless show up as two networks - This isn't a problem if you have your network settings saved - strongest signal gets used without changing the settings on your devices. Pros: Easy cd setup. The laptop, tablet, and the soon-to-come LG bluray player with Netflix are somewhat slow or would not stream movies properly without an extender.

Now with this extender installed the web browser on my Toshiba notebook, and my Toshiba Excite Tegra tablet are 3 to 4 times faster in downloading pages. My email downloads used to crawl now they fly. What else is there to say?. The following guidelines apply to all product categories unless otherwise indicated within specific categories.
