Student knows elementary functions and can solve equations and inequalities concerning such functions. Transforms charts of functions. Uses theorem of Bezout and theorem about rational solutions of polynomial equations.
Students know the charts of basic elementary functions. Students can recognize and use arythmetic and geometric sequences. They verify if a sequence is monotonic. They use compound interest. Real numbers, intervals, roots, absolute value, powers, logarythms, exponential functions.
